Links for discussion items in a listing block are broken #5945

Describe the bug Links for discussion items in a listing block are broken

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new listing block
  2. Filter by type: "Discussion Item"
  3. Save
  4. On the view page, click on any listing item
  5. 404 error

Expected behavior Go to the content page, and link to the correct discussion item
