Does updating to Paper 579 make a difference?
+1
Stacked dyed sheeps, when sheared, sometimes give mostly white rather than the dyed wool. Restacking them using the tool fixes this issue.
Currently running Tuinity version git-Tuinity-"94f025a" (MC: 1.16.5) (Implementing API version 1.16.5-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) and StackMob 5.5.3
Is there a specific colour or something that causes it?
Is there a specific colour or something that causes it?
Can't really say. When it happens it happens arbitrarily and once it happens the sheep is stuck like that. It might be the way how the players dyed the sheep or what but i can't really say.
It has happened to multiple colours

I've just updated it to Paper 590, it doesn't appear to have any difference at all.

Do you have any plugins that modify loot tables?
One of the players in a server I'm helping managing is currently making an auto-wool farm. However any attempt at shearing certain color types of sheep drops 2 colored wools + 54-60 white wools. (mob stack: 30) Re-dyeing said sheep is not solve the problem.
Plugin setting is default, with the only exception of stack blacklist being Iron Golem added to the list.
