Update Installation instructions #198

Question, I'm seeing v1.15.0 referenced in the README.md above, but the Project.toml has 1.2.1, so maybe v1.15.0 should be 1.1.5? This is not important to fix, but I was curious.

Oh I think that references the v1.15.0 python version of dash.

The entire Dash.jl README could use a rewrite, but your PR is definitely a step in the right direction. Many thanks!
