Chrome Bug in 129: `--headless` opens blank window #105

--headless on windows is opening up a ghost window for everybody for chrome 129.

apparently there were some defaults shenanigans in 129, and we should try

--headless=old for this version only, only on windows.

if we can get the windows version we can make an acception for 129 but getting chrome version on windows is... less than stellar
