Add Readme for all aps. #582

Description of changes

Add readme file for every app and update Readme for the dash-bio project with additional info.

Hey @nickmelnikov82

I pushed some commits to clarify some of the wording and added prop descriptions. Can you take some of the changes I made in d9a00d4 and apply them to the other README's as well?

With that, I can make one last pass on the PR before merging.

(Also, I like to use this Google style guide as a reference sometimes when writing documentation. It's not necessary, but I personally find it's useful for wording certain instructions (eg. instead of "type this code" we would use "enter this code").
