Make Checklist submittable in form by adding name attributes to options #920

Hi,

I would like to submit a dcc.Checklist in my html.Form. However, the checklist's options currently have no name attribute, therefore are not submitted.

Did you ever discuss adding name attributes to the options dicts? I could try to come up with a commit if you are interested.
