Description

Improve layout for usage-advanced.py
- Make sure that all properties of dash-player are demonstrated in this app
- Reorganize layout and existing controls
Removeusage-method.py, which was redundant since usage.py and usage-advanced.py cover all examples for dash-player

Additional:

Fix type in README
