Change Usage File #65

Rename usage-advanced.py to usage.py and keep that as the only example Dash app
Fix interval values and styling in usage.py so that it matches the example in the Dash docs
Remove references to deleted files in CONTRIBUTING.md

@alexcjohnson Nathan's recommendation is that since this demo app will live in the Dash docs, we should just remove all usage files from this repo entirely and then add a link to the Dash docs in the README. What do you think? I might then close this PR and open another one to do just that
