Add thumbnail images to Style and Layout sections #807

Add thumbnail images to the style and layout sections to make it more consistent with other sections.

@bcdunbar Besides making it more consistent with the other sections, I think there are too many Style and Layout options to give each one a thumbnail. How can we easily show the different options with different thumbnails anyways without making it more confusing?

@Kully I want to add thumbnails to these sections. They're separated now so there's a layout section and a style section. I think thumbnails will be helpful for both of these and it should not be more confusing.

Do you mean you want to combine the 'Style' and 'Layout' sections together?

And like the other sections with thumbnails, do you want to only show the first few then have a 'More ...' thumbnail that links to the others?

No, they used to be together. Now we've separated them

For my second question, will each item (eg. 'colorscales', 'shapes', etc) get their own thumbnail and box?

And do you want to keep them all on that page or have a thumbnail that links to most of them?
