Fixes Dockerfile #376

Fixes Dockerfile to ensure it successfully builds
and updates to node v8 which is tested as part of our unit tests so why not

Somehow, the font rendering changed a tiny little bit. I think this is due to the build starting off with a new version ubuntu:xenial. Therefore, I had to update the baselines.

I also bumped axios which fixes a few security warnings.
