Implement geom_rain and stat_halfeye into ggplotly #2366

Hello! It would be great to have the interactive features that plotly offers implemented for the geom_rain and stat_halfeye geoms from ggplot.

geom_rain code:

library(ggrain)
rainplot_iris_ggplot = ggplot(data=iris, aes(x = Species, y = Petal.Length, fill = Species)) +
  geom_rain() + xlab("Species") +  ylab("Petal Length")
