[Feature request] Add Cyprus to Europe map #5140

The file topojson/europe_50m.json doesn't include Cyprus. Cyprus is a member of the European Union and the eurozone, so excluding it from the Europe map makes the map less useful.

@wikkit42 The file comes from sane-topojson dependency. Raised an issue there: https://github.com/etpinard/sane-topojson/issues/24
