Should `Chart2Music` is bundled in plotly.js or loaded as a separate script? #7160

6680 adds options to use Chart2Music for accessibility feature.

What we should do in terms of loading the library? Should it be included in the plotly.js bundle similar to maplibre-gl? Or do we want to load it as a separate script similar to MathJax?

Also wondering if MathJax is loaded in app studio?

@marthacryan please factor this into your thinking, esp. w.r.t. App Studio.
