How is that support other languages? #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see Chinese Characters.  I see scrabbled code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The lastest version on my mobile java based

I've found that this feed does not look right using RSSReader, but does look 
right 
with IE http://chinese.engadget.com/rss.xml

Yeah, implementing utf8 support (or at least cp1251 =) ) would be great!

I have fixed this in the latest version 1.10.4 (beginning 1.10), but I'm not 
sure 
about cp1251 as I have not found an example, but I assume that the fix would 
work as 
I have tried it on cp1252.

This is fixed in 1.10.7 for utf-8, utf-16, and cp1251
