Need support for UTF-8 #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add feed http://chinese.engadget.com/rss.xml 

What is the expected output?  Should show Chinese characters
What do you see instead? Bad characters

This was partially fixed in version 1.8.  Stored feeds still give bad 
characters.
