Create a contributions file to help people that want to contribuit to the project like this file

Thank you for your interest in contributing, we were happy to read this issue.

We are working on the open-source experience for other developers to contribute to the project and as soon as we finish something significant, we will let you know.

Btw, we have a discord server that we plan to feed a regular community of users and developers.
