chore: migrating project to turbo-repo #83

This pull request transfers the entire architecture of our project to use turbo-repo,. In order to separate responsibilities and modules, in addition to facilitating expansions to other future services (imdb, rotten-tomatoes, open-ai, etc.).

It's worth mentioning that this migration's constant work. This is the first part, which is basically transferring what already existed to the turbo-repo architecture.

The biggest advantage of this pull requests is that we separate responsibility that can be reused later in other services, such as tmdb requests
