Fixed configs + Update React version #20

Due to mozaik-server implementation: 1) rotationDuration should be in seconds instead of ms 2) api poll interval is taken from apis.pollInterval instead of apisPollInterval see screen:

Moreover with version 15 of React application doesn't start correctly so I'v updated version to latest 16.x
