Add ``annotate`` command. #35

works like a charm and seems super useful. however, the output can quickly become quite difficiult to parse. i wonder, how much effort would it be to support some sort of colorized output, perhaps use something like https://github.com/erikrose/blessings ?

having said that, if the terminal is wide enough to capture all or most lines in full width, it becomes much easier to read. so the addition of color would really an additional enhancement
