[PATCH] warn if default secretsalt is used #476

Warn when the default secretsalt is left in the configuration, similar to the 
way the user is warned about using HTTP instead of HTTPS.

Thanks! Applied as r3030.

(Note that using the default secretsalt value will lead to errors from any code 
that acutally uses it, but a warning is certainly a useful addition.)
