Artifact Binding broken #516

A bug was introduced with the implementation of additional SHA signature 
algorithms support. The addSign() method of the Message class is now expecting 
the destination metadata not to be NULL, but the ArtifactResolutionService was 
using it passing NULL directly as a parameter.

Solved in r3186.
