Here's a bolder idea: add a settings panel with toggles to show/hide icons for each tile type.

Here's a bolder idea: add a settings panel with toggles to show/hide icons for each tile type.

The map is a .png with the icons plastered on it. It's possible to make them toggle-able, but would require some work.
