SHIPPING

  1. What are your delivery locations and charges? • We ship to all regions in India and plan to expand to more countries. Our flat shipping charges are INR 50 for Bangalore, INR 60 for Karnataka, and INR 75 for the rest of India for every 500 grams. Orders above INR 999 qualify for free standard shipping.

  2. How long does it take to ship an order? • We typically ship out all orders within 3-5 business days, but in some rare cases, there may be a slight delay. If there is any delay, we will keep you informed.

  3. How long does it take to deliver an order? • Usually, orders take 5-12 working days for major cities and 8-15 days for remote locations to be delivered from the date of order. However, during floods, pandemics, or unforeseen security incidents, delivery may be delayed.

  4. What happens if I have entered the wrong address? We would request you to email us at contact(at)prettylittlethings24(dot)com immediately mentioning your order number so that we can fix the same for you.   5. Can I ship to multiple address at the same time? We apologize, but at this time we are unable to ship to numerous addresses. You should submit separate orders for the same, as we advise.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us an email at contact(at)prettylittlethings24(dot)com, mentioning your order number. Returns and Exchange

We do not currently accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges for any purchases. However, we want to make sure that every time you shop from us, you are completely delighted. RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 6 hours of placing the order by reaching us on our "Contact Us" page, where you can fill in the "Contact Us" box mentioning your order number. Also reachable by email and Instagram. A refund can be initiated within this time, however, it will be a partial refund as Razorpay automatically deducts 2% of the total amount paid.

PAYMENT

For payment processing, we utilize Razorpay. Your credit card information is not kept on Razorpay's servers by us. When processing payments, the data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Only the time required to perform your buy transaction is spent using your purchase transaction data. Your purchase transaction information is not saved once it is finished.

The story of Pretty Little Things by Avnikkaa K Bhandari

Avnikkaa Bhandari, the founder of Pretty Little Things, has always had a passion for creativity and beauty. Growing up, she was surrounded by family members who valued cleanliness and home decor, which instilled in her a love for aesthetics from a young age. After pursuing a diploma in Patisserie from City and Guilds London, Avnikkaa began a career in baking, which she excelled at due to her precision and scientific thinking skills from her computer engineering degree. However, she found that the short shelf life of baked goods and the need for precise timing made it difficult to pursue as a full-time profession while raising her young child in a city like Bangalore that often experiences power cuts.

Despite these challenges, Avnikkaa refused to let her creativity go to waste. She began exploring new avenues for her artistic skills and eventually found her calling in long-lasting products like Candles, Soaps, Resin Products, Self Care Products and Luxury Home Decor. Her commercial ventures in the past, like ‘Binge Food Products’ and ‘The Creamy Connection’, had been focused on fresh confectionary with low shelf life. With Pretty Little Things, Avnikkaa has entered the unexplored domain of long shelf life products. Each product is one-of-a-kind, exclusively made by hand, and reflects Avnikkaa's love for aesthetics and beauty.

Today, Pretty Little Things offers a wide range of products that allow customers to add a touch of luxury and elegance to their homes. From candles , home decor to self-care products. Pretty Little Things offers something for everyone.
