Create presenter RTC connection #7

Will need to allow presenter's client to:

Set up an RTC connection
Ignore details of setting up connection (ICE)
Respond to audience members joining and leaving
Access data on audience members currently connected (how many, which is talking, etc--need to flesh this out)

Will check w/SungMin on more things it'll need to do
