Update libDaisy to 7.x

Few things related to this:

• comes with new bootloader - which likely needs to be flashed to all devices (needs instructions to users)
• should work with newer arm-gcc - so we can update this in the toolchain, will need testing of course
• currently does not seem to work with SDRAM linkers - tracking here: https://github.com/electro-smith/libDaisy/issues/616

For now I just opened this ticket to track the progress, but can take a while before all items above are resolved.

Main ++ for me is that the v6 bootloader fixes the switches on the Field, which we currently cannot use ..

Fixed in: https://github.com/Wasted-Audio/hvcc/commit/f1f9e852bcf75dbfb1fc82781b98d7c16db91e1e Should be able to update now.

• newer arm-gcc (v12) is buggy/weird, but I will try with v11 as well, but maybe lets keep it on v10
• still need to think of how to communicate to users that they have to change the bootloader
