Feature Request: Separate Inspector and Console #1519

For v0.8.3, currently in Edit Mode, clicking on an object that has changeable variable converts the right scrolling text area into the inspector tool, and clicking on an area on the canvas changes that back into the console.

Have the Inspector panel display regardless of Edit mode or Run mode. It can be blank if nothing is selected. And by extension, the console is separate from the Inspector panel. It is easier to tweak the settings while checking output in the console.

This has been discussed before: sometimes you just really want to see both!
