The tip bubbles for "playing a song", "exploring communities" and "liking the song" pop up too often or while no one is DJing or you are the DJ (you can't woot then..). Ideally they should only be visible for users level 1-4.

Steps to reproduce:

1. This requires time spent on the site to notice.

I have been able to reproduce by resizing (dragging one edge) the browser window from full screen to smaller and back.
