Deep linking partially working #64

OS/Browser Name and Version

Windows 10 Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.170 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have tried

[X] Reloading the page/app
[X] Clearing (browser) cache, cookies or (mobile) app data
[X] Switching to the default language (English)
[X] Disabling all extensions and scripts (browser only)
[ ] ~~Reinstalling the app (mobile only)~~

Description, Images, Logs

The quick access anchor on the URL doesn't disappear after we close the menu The anchor is visible there yet the dashboard is closed

Steps to reproduce:

Open your settings or any other page that has a quick access
Close it and the URL stays the same and
If you refresh the page with a quick access anchor in the URL, it is not handled and will display the audience
