DJ Avatar visible in Video Only mode

DJ avatar is visible at the booth when joining a room with Video Only enabled. The avatar will have no animation. When a different user DJs, the old DJ's avatar will be visible in the audience with no animation. The new DJ's avatar will be visible at the DJ booth with no animation. When a user who has already DJed and become visible in the audience DJs again, their avatar will be visible both in the audience and in the booth neither with an animation. In the image above, this is seen with the lemur (?) avatar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join a room with Video Only already enabled.
2. Note whether or not the DJ's avatar is visible.
3. Allow a new user to DJ. Note whether the first or second user's avatar is visible or not.
