Site Mod being able to promote - including self. #84

Checked with an admin, and has said that this is unintended.

Site Mods seem to be able to promote/demote in any community, including their own account. They only seem to be able to go as high as Bouncer, thankfully. :) Is this a side effect of their global permissions? Hoping to get it reduced to BA's+ and then the local community rights.

@Laquett Site Moderators have permission to see the ban list, it wouldn't be surprising if plug missed something on the backend that would allow them to promote themselves unless it was intended on doing so. Also they already have the right of a bouncer, I don't see this being an issue.

@Isebella Except they can also promote other people to being a bouncer as well. They shouldn't have that kind of local permission as a SM, unless they have been given a local role that allows it.
