Add percentage on the currency rate #47

Hello,

I am looking for a function. For example. I am in Turkey with a Turkish IP address and I am shown Lira prices instead of Euro with conversion of current currency rate. The customers from Turkey should be charged 50% on the Lira price on each product.

Is there maybe a function for this?
