Integrate Blacklist Updater #22

The two plugins are often recommended to be used together. Why not add a new "Blacklist Updater" option?

@websupporter What about adding this feature? If you do not want a real time update from third-party Github repo, we could add this list in the plugin, like Toolbelt is doing it: https://github.com/BinaryMoon/wp-toolbelt/tree/master/modules/spam-blocker
