[x] Add new entry in CHANGELOG.md
[x] Raise version number to 2.11.6 in antispam_bee.php
[x] Raise "Tested up to:" to 6.4 in readme.txt
[x] Raise "Stable tag:" to 2.11.6 in readme.txt
[x] Add new entry to changelog area in readme.txt
[x] Check for wrong or placeholder @since docblock entries
[ ] Post a release article on https://antispambee.pluginkollektiv.org
[ ] Toot about it with @pluginkollektiv@dewp.space
