No entry found #108

The QR code can be created, but when you scan it and open the GLPI, Entry not found appears. This Error only comes up by a few items in the glpi. I have deleted the Entry wich caused the error and created it new in the glpi. That also didnt worked. Can anyone help me?

I`m using GLPI 9.5.5

I have solved the problem by setting the 'URL by inventory number' option to 'no' during the creation of the QR codes.
