Hi. I try to create a bookmark on tickets list. I have create a customfield ("securityticket") as boolean for ticket object. The customfield is enbled and we can select yes/no in the custom field tab. But when i try to create a view, i select my field (Custom Field : Security Ticket), operator = content and a value (Yes or not), any items appears on the list.

Others informations (maybe useful) :

Thanks for your help.

Hi

The plugin is now maintained on the Forge (see readme.md on GitHub). Can you consider an upgrade to CustomFields 1.6 ? I did lots of bugfixes and improvements which may solve your issue. If needed the bug is still here, I recommend you to open a ticket on the Forge.

The GitHub repository is not up to date for now.

Others informations (maybe useful) :

  • Customfield Version : 1.5
  • the label Custom Field : security ticket on the filtering selector is truncated.
  • the operator selector contains only the choice "Content" and not "Is".
  • My GLPI instance is in french.

Thanks for your help.

Hi. I found an issue. The value for the filter is 0/1 and not Yes/No. :) Best Regards.
