Cannot save changes on a field in a ticket #44

When a custom field is defined for tickets, users may be unable to change the values of the fields.

This occurs when the ticket has been created by the mail collector : custom fields does not create a row in glpi_plugins_customfields_tickets for he ticket's ID.

GLPI 0.84.5 + Custom Fields 1.6
