Wrong ticket status after escalation #220

Hello,

I am using the escalade plugin version 2.9.7, and since the update, I have noticed abnormal behavior.

My plugin is configured to set the status to "New" during an escalation, but this does not work. During an escalation, the status remains unchanged.

What should I do?
