Question : How generate a ticket although the form had been saved days ago #3433

Hello End-user uses form to make a request : ok unfortunately, the ticket had not been created because the target was not matched : ok

is there a way to create the ticket ? (in fact to re-run the generator ?)

Hi

No : there is nothing implemented to forcefully generate a target.
