Failed to connect to database

Hi. FNG looking for halp.

The version of the plugin: 1.7.3
The version of your GLPI 9.5.5
Installed OCS and GLPI Servers, both operating normally. Added the plugin via https://plugins.glpi-project.org/#/ After configuring, when I try to access Tools > OCS Inventory, it takes several minutes to load the page. In the Test option, also after a long time waiting, it gives me "Failed to connect to database"

Do you guys know what to do, or maybe where should I look for a error log?
