Dead link in README.md file #341

Both links (in french and english versions) are dead.

They send you into a "Not found" web page (adress : https://www.ocsinventory-ng.org/fr/)

I think the new versions are something more like : https://ocsinventory-ng.org/?lang=fr

Update the link: If the resource or page that the link is pointing to has been moved, update the link in the README.md file to point to the new location. If the resource or page has been deleted, remove the link or replace it with an alternative resource or link.

Test the updated link: Test the updated link to make sure it's working properly.

Commit the changes: If you are working on a git repository, commit the changes and push the updated README.md file.
