Native GLPI inventory also calls plugins' PrepareInputDataForProcess #360

Plugins functions ...PrepareInputDataForProcess are also called from the GLPI core engine, in particular when a native GLPI inventory imports an asset. In this case it is not possible to get an ocsserver instance and there is no actions to be executed by the ocsinventory-ng plugin.
