Apply PHP's coding standards, dropping GLPI's #32

The plugin's code currently complies with GLPI's Coding standards which are not commons among coders.

I'll update the code to conform to PSR-1, PSR-2 and future (still under review) PSR-12 « Extended Coding Style Guide ».
