Glpi 9.5 fixes: delete reservation on uninstall, update Italian translation #60

Some fixes:

On uninstall, delete reservations (fixes issue 64 on reservation plugin)
Some SQL delete statement weren't executed on unistall
Removed some automatic action I had added for testing
Updated italian translation
