Creating a new report with five criterias.

Criterias : Date of closing ticket Type of ticket Ticket category Request type

How do you manage the N1 and the N2? seems no config for that

The report is substantially the same as the one already existing with more search criteria as well as the display of the time spent "in progress" for each service level.

Service levels are defined in the dropdown "Service levels".
