I'm thinking perhaps every X loops (300/5mins starting with the first loop) the manager should re-log the fact it's not configured to run.

I'm hoping this will be obvious in the controller using status icons. eg Red - Failed, Orange - Stopped, Green - Good (Or something along those lines.)
