When this binary_sensor is present, the battery-status can be used as an alert in an Area-card.

This binary_sensor could use this is a basis(and replace it?): Message: Battery of Lisa (with MAC address 000D6F000C869B61, in room 'Bathroom') is below 30%.

Implemented in v0.52.0
