Comments formatting needs cleaning

• remove text "last modified"
• try putting byline on a new line
• indentation doesn't look great

Comment by mike on 19 Jul 2013 11:58 UTC ok Plone has a really bad markup on that byline so it was impossible to remove the "last modified" text without overriding the entire collection template. So I opted out for remopving the "by user" also, as it is already part of the comment title, thus it's duplicated. I fixed the identation a bit. Let me know what you think.

the only change i would make is to add a space or some padding between the comments icon and the first letter of the comment title.
