documentation link doesn't work #10

i try to reach the docs links for the package but it doesn't work which is https://oss.plunkett.dev/laravel-otel

I plan to get documentation up as part of a push to 1.0 for this package. I've been hesitant because I wasn't sure if I'd need to change everything when OpenTelemetry reached 1.0.
