Neither the alignment assemblies based process used to develop it nor the substantive insights of the Taiwan Antifraud Act recently passed are reflected in the book. The former would be a worthy addition to Chapter 5-4 and the latter to something in Part 4, likely 4-1. @mashbean would appreciate your leadership here.
