Improved interaction with the literature in Markets chapter #154

It would be helpful for the Markets chapter to more richly interact with the literature critical of markets (e.g. Polanyi and Sandel), without getting much longer.

I see a little Problem with 'without getting much longer' - has there been discussion yet about how long and extensive the book is ultimately supposed to be? I feel like there needs to be at least two or three versions with different levels of extent and length than the current book.
